Llanelli - Residential home for adults with brain injuries

Are you an experienced residential worker looking for an additional income alongside your regular work? Or full/part time hours on a long term basis? Prospero Health and Social are recruiting members of staff to work with a client we support in the Llanelli area supporting adults with brain injuries in a residential setting.

We are looking for passionate support workers who are committed to supporting and helping others.

We understand and appreciate our workers - our pay scale reflects this.

Pay:Starts at £11.50 - £14

Contract:temporary ongoing shift cover – regular work

Location: LLanelli

Shift Times: Flexible Shifts

As a support worker you would be required to follow company guidelines and provide the highest quality of care to the adults that you support. You must be dedicated to support in the aid of enhancing and enriching the lives of the people being supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety of the adults at all times
  • Follow policies and procedures of the company
  • Work within the residential care staff team to adults have outstanding support

Requirements:

  • Experience within the social care sector – essential
  • Excellent work ethic – Essential
  • Adult’s residential support – desirable
  • Full UK driving license would be an advantage
