Work from home Administrator

MUST LIVE IN WORCESTERSHIRE AREA

Become a part of the team with our Client in Pershore
  • Work from home Monday- Friday - after 2 weeks in person training in Pershore.
  • 9am - 5pm,
  • Ongoing Temporary
  • £8.91 per hour
The Duties Of The Role Include
  • Processing of relevant applications
  • Request for outstanding evidence
  • Issuing of letters when due
  • Data capture and validation
  • Monitoring of payments received and due
  • Ensuring all internal and external customer databases are updated appropriately
  • Actioning customer change requests appropriately
Previous Experience Needed
  • Good IT skills, including an ability to use a computer system
  • Experience work to targets and deadlines
  • Previous admin/office experience needed
What type of candidate we are looking for?
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer focus
  • Be able to work on own initiative and without the need to be closely supervised.
  • Be able to work as part of a team, willing to assist others, but also take responsibility for own work as required.
  • Work methodically, accurately, and thoroughly, paying close attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and work accurately to targets and deadlines.
