We are currently recruiting for a Property Administrator to work in an award-winning client based in Kenilworth. This is a permanent role for a well-known company that offers a great working environment and employee benefits package.

Duties
  • Dealing with administration on behalf of customers and clients,
  • Updating customer information
  • Strong admin skills onto an in-house data base,
  • Booking in contractors and completing customer liaison
  • Uploading data into Excel
  • Processing customer orders and raising invoices
  • Completing all office administration duties
Skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience of administration within property (desirable)
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience of processing orders
  • Proactive
