In this role you will be part of a team working in local authority settings and HM Land Registry offices, providing bulk scanning of paper LLC Registers, data input and capturing and/or cleansing spatial data. You will receive full training to ensure you have a good understanding of local land charges.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your own skills as well as joining an enthusiastic and focused national team. You will enjoy excellent levels of support from colleagues around the country and benefit from further development opportunities and continued training.

This role may involve extensive national travel which could include being away from home overnight for three nights per week, sometimes at short notice. In the current situation following the restrictions put in place due to Covid-19, travel has been significantly reduced but where travel is needed the safest method of transport will be selected. Once the restrictions have been lifted the normal travel requirement for this role will resume.

This is traditionally an office based role, however, current Covid-19 arrangements mean the majority of our staff are working from home. There may be opportunities in the future to combine home working and office based work.

ResponsibilitiesTo be successful in this role you will have experience of fast and accurate data entry and have the ability to work methodically and have high attention to detail. Through your excellent organisational and time management skills you can prioritise your personal workload effectively to meet challenging and changeable deadlines. You react positively to change and are happy to ask for help when needed. You have a good level of IT literacy and PC skills including use of Outlook, Word and Excel.
