The Clinical Musculoskeletal Assessment and Treatment service in Hywel Dda University Health Board are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our administration team based at Glangwili General Hospital. You will form part of a team responsible for the delivery of service supporting clinics for this Hywel Dda service.To act as first point of contact for callers to the Clinical Musculoskeletal Assessment and Treatment Service in a confidential, efficient and timely manner exercising tact, diplomacy and sympathy when dealing with patients and their relatives.To provide an accurate and efficient administration service for the CMATS team through the provision of the following: incoming/outgoing telephone calls, emails, audio-typing, diary maintenance, incoming and outgoing mail, arranging meetings.Type confidential highly sensitive letters/medical reports to a high degree of accuracy and ensure prompt distribution to relevant parties.Communicate effectively and establish a good working relationship with a wide range of people including medical staff, senior managers, patients and external agencies ie. GP Surgeries/other Health Boards.To act as a role model by adopting and demonstrating the Values of the organisation through own behaviour and to actively promote the Values across the Organisation.Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and other electronic systems (databases).We Do This In Partnership With Our Three Local Authorities And Public, Private And Third Sector Colleagues, Including Our Volunteers, ThroughHywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties.
