We require one talented individual to join our Risk Management Support teamon a part time basis in Aldershot, Hampshire. Specifically, that will see you playing a key role in effectively managing the company’s risk and helping to reduce our liability via a range of responsibilities.


It’ll call on your ability to analyse situations and make decisions, whether you’re working on your own or as part of a team. Time management skills and attention to detail will be key.


We are looking for a dynamic individual that loves working in a fast paced environment, the role utilises a broad range of skills and is perfect for someone looking to challenge themselves. The individual will be working with bespoke Enterprise systems and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities and accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Raising claims when our liability is exposed
  • Providing immediate telephone support to rental employees
  • Monitoring and approving under 21 rentals
  • Approving new corporate account applications
  • Assisting branches in documenting damage
  • Finding effective solutions for lost keys
  • Authorising rentals that involve vehicle being taken abroad
  • Assisting branches with the handling of thefts/missing vehicles
  • Dealing with police and other law enforcement agencies enquiries
  • Liaising with Third Party Administrators
  • Liaising with internal personnel
  • Providing scheduled and ad hoc reports to Risk Managers

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions
  • Very strong work ethic
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Great communication skills (Verbally and written) and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills
25 hours per week
Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm
