We are looking to recruit a person to join Older People Residential Services with excellent administrative skills to provide clerical support which will include the booking of care home visits for families and friends and record the results of lateral flow testing for a wide variety of staff. Good communication skills are essential.
You will need to demonstrate a good standard of practical knowledge of office clerical work, have experience of entering data into computer based systems, have experience of working directly with the public and other professional bodies and have the skill to be able to deal with customer/clients both face to face and over the telephone.
The post is part time working 21 hours per week and is Fixed Term until 31st March 2022. The successful person will need to be able to work in any of the 6 Residential Homes across the county borough.
The qualifications essential for this post are 5 GCSEs Grade A*-C or equivalent Level 2 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales (CWFW).
