Role Responsibility

As an Administration Officer for the Kent Enablement at Home (KEaH Canterbury Team) you will be responsible for providing telephone and face to face support to our staff that work in the community, undertaking timely accurate recording on multiple different bespoke systems. You will be part of a team that works collaboratively with internal and external partners and focuses on promoting a person’s independence

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
  • An empathetic caring approach, with the ability to remain emotionally resilient
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
  • Brilliant interpersonal skills and experience of working with people and challenging situations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of computer based systems
  • Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to their own development
