Role Responsibility

We are looking for someone to join the Career and Personal Development Team as Curriculum Leader managing the IT programme across Kent and online. You will be expected to travel countywide as required to ensure the smooth running and quality of the IT programme.

In addition to those listed in the job description the following experience and skills are essential:
  • A good knowledge of commonly used business software packages and personal communications apps
  • Some knowledge of IT hardware/troubleshooting and the operating principles of digital citizenship
This is a part-time role (18.5 hours per week) and will include some evenings and weekends. You will design, plan and manage the programme to meet financial and enrolment targets, and ensure the programme offer is balanced and meets learner needs in terms of breadth and mode of delivery.

You will need to ensure that the programme offer provides progression routes, is inclusive and flexible. You will be expected to meet targets for retention, achievement and participation. You will also be responsible for ensuring your team of tutors meet Ofsted quality standards.

Office Base negotiable and home working is available.
