Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Administration role include:

  • Office & Facilities: Manage supplies, and coordinate facility maintenance.
  • Communication: Handle incoming communications, facilitate inter-departmental communication.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle meeting logistics.
  • Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors, process invoices, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain records, generate reports, and assist with budget tracking.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have:

  • Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, literacy and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
