Ad-Hoc Receptionist for International Media Company

Location: London Bridge
Hourly Rate: £12 per hour

Are you a dynamic and motivated individual seeking an exciting opportunity in the media industry? We are hiring ad-hoc receptionists to join our international media company based in the vibrant London Bridge area. This position offers flexible shifts from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. It is ideal for Master’s/PhD students or individuals pursuing aspiring careers, such as actors, singers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment by performing reception duties.
  • Greet and assist high-profile guests and journalists in a courteous manner.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements, including taxi services, for our esteemed guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and efficiently directing calls.
  • Support with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Availability throughout the summer and a commitment to long-term shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanour and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
