Are you an experienced Accounts Technician looking for a new challenge in a growing and progressive firm? Or a bookkeeper with strong experience of working with a variety of different clients? If the answer to either question is yes, then my client has a role which may suit you, to be based in offices in Bideford.

As the an Accounts Technician you will work on year end statutory accounts preparation, tax return and VAT preparation for a varied portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. And as the Bookkeeper you will work on management accounts, bookkeeping and VAT preparation for a variety of clients both in the office and out at company premises. In either role, there will be a strong focus on ensuring your clients are adequately transitioned to online software in readiness for MTD.

Applications are welcomed from candidates with strong previous experience in an accountancy practice environment. For both positions AAT qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential. You should be able to demonstrate strong systems capabilities and the ability to form strong relationships with your colleagues and clients.
