Your big responsibilities:

Becoming a part of the Tapi family, you’ll take ownership, alongside your team for the financial, administrative and clerical support of Tapi!

Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records

Provide other clerical support necessary to ensure invoices are matched and paid correctly

Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables

Ensure the accuracy of an Tapi’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes

Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment

Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner


About you:

You’re detail oriented and your organization skills are second to none. You have experience with 3 way matching, using accounts payable systems and love to solve a problem!


We’re after a speedy thinker who’s nice to their core. You’re naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic, a great communicator (both written and verbal). You sweat the small stuff and are happy to manage stakeholders and chase them for information.


You’re up for a challenge, and thrive in a busy environment. You are always on the lookout for ways to improve things for customers, colleagues, and you have a bias towards action.
