And everyone there is an everyday champion, making a difference by doing what they love.They have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team in Devizes.Monday to Friday hours - 37.5 per weekMon 08:30-17:00Tues, Weds & Thurs 08:30-17:30Fri 08:30-15:30Salary £30,000.00 per annumPotential bonus - up to £1920 depending on personal objectivesAccounts Assistant Key Responsibilities-To control monthly stocktake activities with regards to Raw materials & Spare Parts
  • To perform a monthly analysis of Maintenance costs
  • To maintain the sales reconciliation, rebates, journals.
  • To process internal journal entries
  • To control all prepayments
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit the VAT returns, and review related Customs documentation
  • To assist in the Budget and Forecasting activies as requested by the Finance Manager
  • To Maintain all activities regarding AUK Holding
  • Prepare and submit statistical information (National Statistics)
  • To assist in monthly group reporting
  • To assist GBS and the Finance Manager when required
  • Prepare ad hoc schedules and information as required. Undertake any other duties as required.
  • To ensure Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines are followed at all times.
