Job content

The Fabricator will work with the Workshop Manager, Technical Team and Warehouse Manager to maintain our key controls by:

oLiaising with the Workshop Manager/Fabricators/Welders to ensure best production methods

oMaintaining all machinery, completing daily maintenance reports and reporting any faults to the Workshop Manager

oCompleting all checklists to adhere to ISO 9001: 2008 regulations

oLiaising with the Warehouse Manager to deliver a finished product to the customer by displaying a full working knowledge of the turnaround process

oUndertaking all training provided by machinery suppliers to adhere with Health & Safety regulations

oMaintain and achieve effective working within a given timeframe

oEnsure products are fit for purpose and fit within working tolerances

oCutting window beads

oBracket manufacture and welding

oGrinding/prep-work for welded product

oGeneral assistance in busy points within workshop/warehouse to aid production flow

OOverseeing All Aspects Of The Cutting Process From Receipt Of The Unique Job File To The Finished Product By Having a Full Working Knowledge Of The Relevant Machinery Involved (adhering To The Relevant Risk/COSSH Assessments)
