Job Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing retail clients
  • Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximise profit and meet sales targets
  • Identify and attract prospective clients
  • Coordinate with other departments to improve customer service
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
  • Stay current with retail industry trends

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A customer-oriented approach with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and its customer service processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
