Job Description

The key responsibilities for this Account Manager include:

  • Manage current portfolio in line with the account development manager role profile.
  • Manager and challenge phone performance, Salesforce administration in line with commissionable hygiene factors, Pipeline management and case management
  • Lead team buzz sessions to ensure team have clarity on daily priorities and support can be provided where required.
  • Launch team incentives, identifying areas of opportunity in line with the annual plan and report performance per team member.
  • First escalation point for customer queries and complaints both internal and external.
  • Identify coaching opportunities within team and address as appropriate.
  • Provide support to new starters including all onboarding admin.
  • Report weekly, to General Manager - Direct SME, team performance, and key opportunities and risks relating to annual plan.
  • Prepare for and support bi-weekly win rooms and monthly team meetings with General Manager - Direct SME
  • Monitoring of deals displayed on the website

  • High level of commercial and financial awareness with an ability to recognise opportunities for profitable business.
  • High Achievement drive with a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Must enjoy being part of and actively participating in a team environment.
