Company DescriptionChubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting for an AccountCoordinatorto join the large National Accounts team in Blackburn. The main goal of this role is to work closely with an Account Manager in order to assist with the day-to-day management of a number of designated key corporate customer accounts to ensure all customer needs are dealt with in a professional, efficient and cost-effective manner whilst always achieving total customer satisfaction.Full Time 37.5 hrs per weekMonday to Friday, working 9am-5pmSalary £20,000-£22,000 per annum (depending on experience)Job Description
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the key customers including intelligent decision making
  • Work closely with several Account Directors to manage day to day client expectations
  • Pro-active management of outstanding jobs – order, service and callouts
  • Build professional business relationships with designated customer including courtesy communication
  • Management of visit reports and quotations
  • Resolution of customer disputes including liaison with other areas of the business as necessary
  • Preparation and submission of weekly/monthly/annually KPI information
  • Organisation and prioritise of own workload
Qualifications
  • Possess prior experience of administration / customer service from a high volume or complex contract environment
  • Be a confident and strong communicator, both verbally and written
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills
  • Be forward thinking and self-motivated
  • Have good planning and organisational skills
  • Have a good level of IT literacy, especially Microsoft Excel
