Are you a 2022 Graduate looking to join a top-ranking UK based wealth management firm where you will start your career with a long-term plan of developing into a top performing Financial Adviser?

My client is a fast-growing Chartered firm where all the staff passionately believe in providing the best client journey and have built the successful business on high quality referrals. Due to growth, they are looking to offer this amazing opportunity to a recent Graduate ( 2.1 and above) in an academic subject and an interest in the financial world. You will be offered full training, mentoring and a study package to gain your CII Diploma ( RO exams) and will follow a set Graduate programme during this period across the IFA admin and Paraplanning teams. Upon completion of your Diploma, you will be offered a dedicated Financial Adviser whom you will shadow, support, and progress your skills further and attend meetings with a view to progressing in time to become a successful Financial Adviser. This is a rare opening, and you will be working with like minded individuals, all progressing to achieve the same career goals.
