Qualifications And Competences
- Civil engineering, architecture, or similar construction-related degree
- 5 years of professional experience within the construction industry and/or sales of construction products
- Project-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and consult on the customer specifications
- Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, as well as LinkedIn or other social media
- Willingness to travel within the area (some overnight stays included)
- Sales talent and the ability to inspire and convince people
Your main responsibility is to manage and develop your sales area, which includes North and East London, Hertfordshire and Essex. You actively contribute to the technical development of your region, approaching customers with determination, enthusiasm, and joy. You adeptly identify their needs and recognize the wide-ranging application possibilities of our technical solutions. On-site, you offer sustainable consulting and training, meticulously analysing your sales area, and organizing customer appointments.
As a Technical Specification Advisor, you are the expert whom customers can rely on. Leveraging your technical skills and networking flair, you sell high-standard SIGA products and services to various stakeholders, including project managers, installers, contractors, and specifiers. Managing long-term relationships with existing customers and expanding the sales area by acquiring new customers is vital to the region. Does that sound exciting?
