Graduate - Financial Planning Administrator - IFA Firm with UHNW clients - £25k - £26k - Godalming (Surrey)Are you a Financial Administrator working within a financial planning or advice practice? or possibly a recent graduate with ambitions to work in this industry? Are you looking for a new role with a medium sized practice? Does working in a very client centric business and providing a very personable service to clients sound appealing?My client, is a wealth planning practice based outside Godalming who have been operating for 15+ years. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to both private and corporate clients who lives in Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire. They have a large book of private clients who are City professionals and corporate clients who are business owners. Many of their clients fall into the UHNW category with multiple millions of assets to invest. This firm has a team of Advisers and a full administrative and paraplanning team. Due to an increase in incoming business and their current clients requiring more regular reviews, a vacancy has come available for an experienced Financial Administrator. However, my client will consider a recent graduate with a thirst for starting a career in wealth management and financial planning.Typical duties will include greeting clients, writing letter of authority and valuation, speaking to clients on the phone, scheduling client reviews and preparing documentation for any client reviews/meetings, collecting data from product providers, process and submit new business to providers and ensure applications are completed accurately. Ensure client agreements, including fee schedules, are in place and signed, documented, and saved and that all client records are up to date, amongst others. Full training will be provided. A broad range of experience and knowledge across a variety of financial products will be advantageous (Pensions, Investments, Protections etc.) Knowledge of INTELLIGENT OFFICE would be highly advantageous.The role will be office based. If you are sitting any exams then my client will support you with your studies but what qualifications you have is not a deal breaker, experience rather than exams is more important. My client places a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeing and team rapport and regularly enjoy company socials and trips away as well as supporting. Cultural fit will be very important to my client.My client are looking to offer circa £25k - £26k basic salary.
