Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that we are working in partnership with a Food Manufacturer who are recruiting for a member of the 1st Line Support on a Permanent basis.Salary: Up to £20,000 per annumContract Type: PermanentLocation: MiddlesbroughHours: Full TimeJob PurposePart of a dynamic team providing advanced Information Technology systems engineering support both hardware and software to all Sites.Responsibilities
  • Manning the helpdesk
  • Taking Helpdesk phone queries
  • Being the first point of contact for any IT support issues
  • Basic applications support
  • Hands on Laptop/PC and Printer support
  • Logging any IT issues and production of IT documentation
  • Some site-to-site travel between our sites
Essentials
  • All aspects of Windows desktop & application support
  • Tablet and mobile device support
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Administering Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server & Office 365
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • A relevant degree - Desirable
