工作内容

Make outbound sales calls daily to Financial advisers and managers to switch on news advisers, increase sales for existing advisers and increase conversion in line with targets.

Positively articulate company products, propositions and marketing messages to advisers.

Work alongside manager to drive business plan contact strategy.

Maintain an understanding of the direct insurance market in order to handle related objections.

Complete the Owl fact find in Salesforce ensuring the information on is kept up to date.

Understand and adhere to Paymentshield and industry compliance standards.

Develop and maintain an understanding of customer needs in order to assist the company in meeting its business objectives.

Identify new sales opportunities for other products in the Paymentshield proposition.

Experience Required-

Strong sales focus with a competitive drive to succeed combined with excellent telephone skills.

Self-starter with ability to work individually and as part of a team to achieve an agreed business plan.

Able to demonstrate ability to build professional and influential customer relationships internally and externally.

Excellent negotiation skills to manager customer expectations at all levels and capitalise on sales opportunities.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Effective planning and prioritisation of work.

Proven track record for achieving set targets.

Ability to work to a deadline.

Intermediate excel and strong analytical skills.

Ability to travel and stay overnight if required.

Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to meet different customer needs.

Previous experience in a sales driven role or in a contact centre target driven environment.

£21,500 plus Bonus
