The Advocate Group is partnered with a retail marketing agency, to help them find a Shopper Insights Manager. This is a strategic role, where you will be heavily involved in consulting FMCG clients, giving them actionable insights into shopper behaviours and trends.

The Role:

• Working with leading FMCG clients to inform their shopper marketing plans.
• Formulating shopper strategies that lead to creative and commercial results
• Understanding how culture, brands, technology and stories intersect and influence people.
• Identify and interpret actionable insights using data, developing these into meaningful stories for clients.
• Lead research projects, being able to choose the right research methodology and brief research agencies.
• Ensure creative strategy is aligned with the clients visions and goals, always adhering to the brand positioning.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years experience in shopper data & insights.
• Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking
• A proven track record of developing brand and marketing plans in an FMCG environment
• Strong communicator with the ability to story tell and influence
• Good understanding of shopper behaviour and retail marketing.
