We are seeking a ServiceNow IT Asset Management Lead for the ServiceNow program which is a key part of JPMorgan’s strategy to transform the delivery of Global Technology Services. As an experienced professional in software development, you’ll shape the technology solutions that drive strategic initiatives across the firm. In addition to leading the development team to create new solutions, you’ll help optimize existing technology and identify new capabilities. While your role requires deep technological skills - including expertise in everything from data management to functional design - it also hinges on teamwork and leadership. You’ll offer clear guidance and feedback to your colleagues, while promoting the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The role will be responsible for the delivery of high quality technical solutions and will require to:
  • follow and enhance the scrum practices for continuous team processes improvement
  • create technical roadmaps and milestones
  • collaborate with the Business Analysis team for producing estimates and agile delivery plans.
  • mentor junior developers on their growth as professionals (technical and soft skills)
  • guiding and inspiring the team through technical issues and challenges
Qualification’s Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or graduation from reputed organization
  • 6-9 Years of experience in software development with at least 4 years in ServiceNow Platform Implementation.
Skills Required
  • Ability to write high quality JavaScript and Angular code
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices developing in the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical formats
  • Excellent analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow data model (including task hierarchy, CMDB, user, groups and roles, data relationships)
  • Experience implementing business rules, script includes and client scripts, fix scripts and schedule jobs
  • Experience of implementing inbound and outbound API integrations with ServiceNow
  • Preferred, but no necessary, experience of implementing the Service Portal on ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of how to assess the performance of ServiceNow and best practices for improving performance.
