We are looking for a highly motivated person to cover a secondment for the Service manager of the Provider Development Team. This is a great opportunity to lead on specific areas of work on behalf of the service, i.e. dementia, continuing health care, autism etc. acting as strategic lead for making safeguarding personal within area of responsibility.

Develop and effectively manage, high performing teams who are held to account in terms of delivery and outcomes for their area of responsibility.

Plan, organise and implement strategies and policies to improve outcomes for people, sharing best practice where appropriate, to improve person centred care and delivery.

The successful applicant will be expected to work in collaboration with other service managers to ensure highest quality services are provided to residents of North Lincolnshire.
