Summary:

The role is to provide daily/weekly/monthly departmental financial analysis, including the production of monthly management accounts for a CMA, covering multiple sites.

Key Duties:

  • To produce regular management accounts within the company deadlines
  • To be responsible for collating & checking weekly departmental forecasts
  • Prepare and submit manufacturer composites
  • Assist with internal and external auditors particularly at year end
  • Ensure the prompt, smooth and methodical flow of work
  • Month end Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Ensuring Accruals and Prepayments are constantly reviewed
  • Work to create a supportive environment for all departmental managers & encourage communication for any financial matters
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager
