Core Responsibilities
  • Daily portfolio maintenance through processing lifecycle events and restructurings
  • Review and set up of new securities or deals including any relevant attributes
  • Provide reporting services to all partners
  • Provide reporting and support the client operations team during the valuation cycle
  • Position substantiation on a quarterly basis for each portfolio
  • Support daily operations efforts to ensure Service level agreements are met
  • Conduct second reviews on setups and credit agreements for the operations team
  • Ensure procedures are followed and controls maintained in compliance with company policy
  • Provide accurate professional service to improve our customers’ experience
  • Participate in projects to enhance the service offering as they arise

Key Requirements
  • University or College business degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years operations or accounting experience with Syndicated or Private debt is required
  • Fund accounting experience is an asset
  • Working understanding of Syndicated or Private loans and their underlying principles
  • Working knowledge of interest and time value of money principles
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Competency with technology
