We are recruiting a number of sales team leaders for a leading broadband provider, a great opportunity to work for a growing company with great benefits and future prospect.

As a Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for up to 15 outbound sales associates, driving continuous improvement in performance through effective coaching and performance management.

As Sales Team Leader The Role Will Include
  • Motivating, engaging and inspiring your team through effective coaching
  • providing ongoing training and development
  • Achieve personal and team sales, telephony and compliance KPI’s
  • Completion of monthly 121’s
  • Adherence to all HR related policies, return to work interviews, disciplinary’s, grievances etc
  • To be a brand ambassador for multiple customer campaigns
As a Sales Team Leader you will demonstrate relevant experience coaching and managing a sales team, experience in a call centre environment advantageous. Working hours are 40 a week on a shift rota (operating hours are 8am-9pm).
