As a Junior Project Manager/Technology PMO, you’ll oversee and directly manage the co-ordination and integration of new JP Morgan Clients data to key systems, ensuring that the data flows smoothly into our systems in a straight through processing manner - the key here is to enable the data to be integrated in to the JP Morgan Ecosystem efficiently and effectively for both new and existing clients. Testing, which forms a key component of this integration, will be owned and coordinated across multiple groups within this role. You will also be involved in having oversight of all builds and deliverables as well as ownership of implementing connectivity with the external clients. For existing clients the role will again be one of co-ordination and facilitation speaking with Operational and Technology stakeholders internally and at the client.

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, especially around Testing.
  • Proactively maintain relationships with external clients via clear and concise communication with up to 10-15 clients at any one time.
  • Knowledge Securities Services business processes and associated technology
  • Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Constantly contributing to the development of centralized standards, fostering new insights and global best practice in establishing "a one stop shop" with consistent tools, templates and guidance across a range of programmes & project
  • Ability to translate complex technology requirements to plan English for non-technical stakeholders
