工作内容

  • Daily organisation of the department : You will be producing a daily plan for the team of 10- 20 team members, according to daily activity levels and available resources; this could be in any of our departments from goods in, picking, packing or loading.
  • Resource planning: co-creating forecast and rota creation; holidays allocation
  • Daily meetings: Daily briefs to ensure all the team understand the priorities and the day runs smoothly
  • Reporting to Department Manager or Duty Manager on the activity and preparing beginning/end of the day reports
  • Ensuring safety and security of dedicated area
  • Support in basic human management such us review of daily individual performance, training participation
  • Supporting the team in daily activity - you will spend max 30% of your time on above responsibilities and the rest of your day you will share the workload with your teammates in the field
  • Playing sport: During meetings, lunch breaks or after work you’ll have the opportunity to play sport at your heart’s desire. Our Logistics Center can be a very fast paced environment, so there is no better way to let off steam and relax during your shift.

Additional Information:

As a Logistics Team Leader you will be required to work usual warehouse hours including evenings and weekends. Our Distribution Centre has 2 shifts cycles (morning, afternoons : The Logistics Centre is open from 6am until 10:00pm, Mon-Sunday).
The role will be warehouse based with full Covid-19 safety regulations and precautions in place. The safety of our teammates and customers is our main priority during these times.

Salary:£19,000-25,000
