About Our Client
My client is a well established, medium sized manufacturing company who have achieved growth both organically and via acquisition. They can offer stability and personal development for someone looking to join them as a no.2 in Finance.
Job Description
This will be a hands on managerial role, responsible for leading and developing a team of four as well as ensuring the day to day finance function runs smoothly. You will have a great level of exposure to the board and have the autonomy to drive and lead on key decision making within the business.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified with c4-5 years PQE operating within a Finance Manager / Controller capacity. You will ideally have experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have proven success of leading and developing teams. You will have advanced knowledge of excel and have exposure to the implementation and integration side of systems also.
