Farm Secretary – Scawby (North Lincolnshire)
Flexible Hours – 26 hours per week over 4 days
Pay £15 - £20 per hour depending on Experience.
We are looking for an experienced Farm Secretary to work in a busy office, the position will require knowledge of purchase and sales ledger, cash book and banking. Payroll and associated Pension and HMRC requirements.
Having knowledge of Red Tractor and LEAF would be an advantage but not essential. Dealing with farm cottages to include rent reviews, repairs and liaising with letting agents.
You would also be responsible for collating information on crops harvested, insurance renewals, dealing with all farm vehicle requirements, Health & Safety audits and updates, training records and arranging training for all personnel, electricity and phone contract renewals.
