CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for warehouse operatives to work for a prestigious and expanding family-run employer based in Southport. The role: This is a vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are picked accurately and ready to be delivered to our customers across the UK. Working as part of a team, the individual must be able to work quickly and maintain a positive attitude. What will you be doing as our Dairy Warehouse Operative:-To accurately pick customer orders;
  • To complete stock rotations;
  • To continually replenish the stock;
  • To be responsible for safe constraint and security of the loads on the vehicle;
  • To keep the Chilled Warehouse clean at all times providing a safe working environment;
  • To perform any other reasonable task as requested by supervisor
  • To understand and comply with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy statement. Skills and attributes, we’re looking for in our Dairy Warehouse Operative:
  • Strong organisational skills with professional and clear communications skills;
  • Positive attitude possessing high levels of commitment, motivation and flexibility;
  • Have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision;
  • Possess strong numeracy skills;
  • Ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and work to tight deadlines;
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety and safe working practices. Desirable:
  • Experience of working in the dairy or similar food production sector.
