Customer Service and Claims Advisor

Salary: from £24,000 per annum (for relevant insurance industry experience, they will consider paying more). Plus various bonus schemes.

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch). No weekends

Northampton. Office based.

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. In this role you will be required to manage and service all policy changes and to assist with and oversee claims, with the intention of successfully managing outcomes and dealing with all client servicing needs. No cold calling in this role. This is purely a customer service role.

What my client is looking for in their next recruit:

Someone who will be able to think on their feet, working independently and as part of a team. You will be organised and have a positive outlook towards providing an excellent service to their customers. You will have ideally come from an Insurance background, other office and telephone based and a strong customer service background will be considered.

Summary of role:

· Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to their existing customers – regarding changes to their policies or claims.

· Providing professional advice based on a comprehensive assessment of the client’s needs and circumstances

· Providing sales support duties (cross-sales) and discussing terms, both with clients and insurers

· Managing claims with their clients, insurers and partners

· Registering claims and maintaining client servicing records with accuracy

· Accurately processing policies, associated transactions, and documentation

· Developing and improving existing processes to enhance the services provided

· Working collectively as a team to provide a fantastic experience to their clients
