Job Title:Credit Controller Team LeaderSalary:25000 - 28000Location:OrmskirkThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing family-owned business based in Southport. We are currently recruiting for an experienced credit control & Admin Team leader. You will report directly into the Sales & Operations Manager.Based in the Fuel distribution sector the business has seen significant growth in recent years and is continuing to expand.Responsibilities (AR)
  • Liaising with customers via telephone and email to ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Assisting with the resolution of customer queries.
  • Printing/sending customer statements on a monthly basis
  • Carrying out appropriate checks prior to creating and amending customer account details
  • Reviewing new account applications, ensuring they pass the appropriate checks.
Individual
  • Experience within Credit Control is essential.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a can do attitude.
  • Self motivated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
