Term Time plus 5 days (Initially fixed term 12 months)

32.5hrs per week (8:30am – 3:30pm, Mon-Fri)

Salary scale 5-9 (Grade 4)

£19,312 - £20,904 (£14,463 - £15,655 pro rata)

Sir John Nelthorpe School is a successful and popular 11-19 mixed comprehensive school with a rapidly growing roll (currently 746 students). It has a caring ethos and a long tradition of academic attainment.

This is a key position within the support structure of the school. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, engaging and highly organised person with excellent literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills. Flexibility, a good sense of humour and a positive attitude are essential to

cope with the demands of a busy school environment. This post would particularly suit anyone interested in progressing into the teaching profession.
