Location: Brigg, Lincolnshire

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervising and managing classrooms in absence of the regular teacher
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring that students remain on task
  • Maintaining a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement and progress
  • Managing behaviour effectively and implementing school policies as required
  • Providing support to students as needed and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in an educational environment with young individuals is desirable.
  • Strong communication abilities and interpersonal aptitude are essential.
  • Capability to handle classroom dynamics effectively and encourage positive conduct.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in addressing diverse teaching tasks.
  • An authentic enthusiasm for education coupled with a dedication to student well-being and success.
