The Communications and Engagement Assistant will provide operational support to the successful delivery of the CCG’s communications and engagement remit.

North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and driven communications and engagement assistant to work in a busy team.

North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (NLCCG) covers a population of almost 172,000, based around the Scunthorpe urban area with a large rural area stretching from Epworth and Crowle in the West, to Barton upon Humber and Immingham in the east. There are 19 GP practices within its boundaries all of whom are members of the Safecare GP Federation.

North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group is responsible for commissioning high quality health and adult social care services for the population of North Lincolnshire. We work closely with providers of health services, local government, regulatory bodies, voluntary and carer groups, patient representatives and the general public to achieve the best health and care outcomes possible and to ensure high quality, safe and effective services.

The successful applicant will support the communications and engagement team to continue putting North Lincolnshire on the map and deliver outcomes within agreed parameters such as timescales and quality. As a communications and engagement assistant, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and working across different programmes and projects.

The ability to work on your own initiative, organise, manage and prioritise a busy work schedule and demonstrate attention to detail is essential.
