What We’re Looking For:We are looking for a motivated Channel Sales Manager with technology industry experience, who is proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish and/or German, to join our Channel Sales team. This role will combine partner management with strategic outreach and marketing activities to increase sales and exposure for Extensis solutions in the European market. Indirect sales channels include distributors, resellers, managed service providers, and consultants. This individual will be responsible for contributing to the channel team’s quarterly revenue targets, as well as identify and vet new channel partners and take them through Extensis’ partner onboarding playbook. This is a remote position located in the UK.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage a network of top performing channel partners throughout EMEIA and coach them to achieving sales targets and growth projections.
  • Prospect and vet new partners that match our ideal partner profile.
  • Onboard new partners and help them find success quickly selling Extensis products.
  • Work strategically with partners to market Extensis to their customers and generate trials and conversions of Extensis products.
  • Manage partners to support customer retention.
  • Create and distribute content to show customers how to achieve a desired outcome via Extensis solutions.
  • Train partners to use our e-commerce tools and become self-sufficient using those tools.
  • Create collaborative marketing strategies with partners to encourage successful marketing outreach.
  • Work with strategic partners to leverage partner geography and relationships to break into new accounts that are targets for Extensis.
  • Create expansion strategies with partners to promote new products to existing customers of Extensis.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner new business inquiries, renewals, and support with partner tools.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 yrs. in a Channel Sales or Sales Management role, or equivalent experience in a sales role with partner experience.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish and/or German.
  • Required experience building channel partner networks of various reseller types in EMEIA.
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred), advanced knowledge of MS Office, and familiarity with a PRM tool is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset and tenacity to grow into new markets.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Must be a confident self-starter as well as a team player.
