New Fern is our BRAND NEW intensive support service opening in Ovenden where we will be supporting young adults in transition from children’s services to adult services. This setting is a 4 bed residential service and here you will be delivering care and support to young adults with autism, learning disabilities, self injurious behaviour and behaviours that challenge.

Whilst no two days or nights are the same typically, you’ll help the people we support to develop their independent living skills and support with everyday challenges such as personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication, attending health appointments and taking part in hobbies & activities. You must be resilient, flexible and composed in your approach as this will be a challenging environment to work in, although equally rewarding.

Due to the needs of the individuals you will be supporting previous experience with challenging behaviour is required.

We have a number of positions available to create our fantastic new team includingfull time or part timepositions covering waking nights
