Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced assembler for our client based in Northampton.




As an assembly operative, you will need:

  • Previous experience working within a busy Warehouse Environment

  • Be physically Fit

  • Be able to work Monday to Friday

  • Previous experience working within assembly



Duties of an assembly Operative:

  • Assembling

  • Hand/air tool use

  • Manual handling

  • Working to targets

  • following technical drawings

  • Understanding of Measuring Equipment and Gauges

  • Full training will be given.



Details of an Assembly Operative Position:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Pay rate £11.00

  • Full training is provided but previous experience is needed
