We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our executives and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing documents, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Organise and manage filing systems.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer phones and take messages.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Salary: £19,195.00-£19,906.00 per year
