A friendly accountancy firm within a short commute of Scunthorpe, Brigg and Grimsby are offering a varied and enjoyable job role to someone who comes with proven experience gained from working in an accountancy firm.

This firm of accountants are seeking the right person to provide and deliver high quality tax, accountancy & VAT services to small and medium sized business clients. You will work closely with the Director and will be taking a leading role in the preparation of final work.

You will prepare the more difficult accounts, although the majority of the work is for small businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with incomplete records
  • Preparation and submission of Self-Assessment Tax Returns and Production of Accounts for sole traders and partnerships,
  • Production of ltd company management and year end accounts and preparation and submission of Corporation Tax Returns
  • Preparation of VAT Returns along with Online Submission to HMRC.
  • Annual Returns
You Will Be Able To Demonstrate

You’ll have proven accounts and taxation experience and ideally have worked in practice. You may be qualified or studying towards AAT/ACCA/ACA. However, we would also welcome your application if you are qualified by experience.
