Salary: £20,300.00 to £21,000.00

Location: Cardiff

Within our Wales Region (West Wales) we are looking to recruit a Youth Development Lead, on a fixed term 13 months contractcovering maternity leave, who will support our Young People activity in one of our key areas this role will support activity across West Wales. The role is home based with flexibility needed to travel across the region.

We Are Looking For Individuals Who Engage In Challenges With Optimism And Resilience, Who Are Adaptive, Flexible, Ready To Embrace Change And Innovation And Ideally Have Experience In One Of The Below Areas

As a Youth Development Lead, you will work directly with young people, volunteers and partners to deliver programmes and activities to support and encourage young people to live, learn and earn.

We’d like to hear from candidates with a range of experience however we are particularly interested to hear from anyone with experience of the Education Sector.

You will be a natural and effective communicator, passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making the right decision for young people. Working as part of a team within a defined geographical area, you will work with clear objectives to ‘connect’, ‘progress’ and help ‘transform’ the lives of young people who need us most.
