We are currently looking for a Workshop Manager to join our Lillyhall Depot and help us deliver our services in Workington, Whitehaven & across North Cumbria including into the Lake District National Park.

Based in one of the most beautiful counties in the UK (and yes we are biased!), our Lillyhall depot operates over 80 buses with over 190 members of staff. We are looking for someone to join our successful team and work with the Fleet Engineer to lead our group of 30 Mechanics, Engineers & Cleaners in keeping our fleet well maintained.

We are not necessarily looking for someone who has previous managerial experience, but someone with previous supervisory experience in a commercial mechanical environment would also fit the bill.
