£35,000 + Product Training + 22 Days Holiday + Autonomy + High-end Workshop

Are you an ambitious individual with a background in the automotive industry or an interest in motorhomes looking to start a highly autonomous role where you will manage a busy workshop while being offered ongoing product training and fantastic routes to progress your career?

This family-run company is a known leader in its industry. They specialise in the hire, service and repair of a wide range of commercial vehicles. Due to ongoing success of the business and exciting new plans to expand into retail, they are looking for an organised and motivated individual to manage their high end workshop

Working alongside the production supervisor and management team, you will have the responsibility to oversee the workshop and manage a range of aspects of the business, including promotions, checking internal systems, overseeing KPIs, as well as managing a team of workshop based engineers, and their workloads. You will be based in a busy environment, so will have to utilise excellent organisation and man-management skills to ensure the workshop operations continue to run smoothly and effectively.
