What We Do

We are looking for a Workshop Facilitator who will support us to grow our vocational engineering provision in an extremely successful curriculum area. You will support the activities of both apprentices and full time learners to develop the practical skills required within a manufacturing environment. As well as taking responsibility for all aspects of workshop management, consumable materials and the workshop resources. The ideal candidate will have relevant recent industrial experience, ideally hold an accredited qualification or be working towards one. An assessor award would be an advantage or the requirement to achieve one within 12 months.

What You Will Do

Support learners to develop a range of practical workshop skills.

Manage the resources of a small engineering workshop.

Assist with tracking and monitoring of student progress.

You will be organised and confident in dealing with a range of learners and an enthusiastic team member.
