Organising the shared recruitment/HR inbox and receiving telephone calls Creating engaging clinical and non-clinical job adverts, job descriptions and personal specifications Advertising roles on jobs boards and maintaining engaging landing pages Screening and shortlisting candidates against the job requirements Making calls as the point of contact for candidates, discussing the position and requirements of the role Owning and coordinating the selection process, proactively liaising with key stakeholders Preparing the interview panel in line with best practice techniques and leading the interview format Obtaining feedback from interviewers and feeding back to candidates quickly and tactfully Be the brand ambassador for SW Healthcare and our PCNs, making sure all candidates have a positive experience Taking ownership of the employment process, producing and issuing offers, contracts and employment documentation Completing background checks including Proof of Right to Work in the UK, DBS, referencing, professional registration verification and other checks where applicable Coordinating the full onboarding process and completing the inductions where necessary Completing employee lifecycle coordination such as probationary review information, appraisals and exit interviews Assisting with other areas of workforce planning, employee performance and HR where needed Skills we are looking for: Clear communication skills via phone, virtual meetings and face to face A proactive and enthusiastic approach Knowledge of recruitment and workforce planning Microsoft Office 365 Excellent attention to detail Administration skills is essential Excellent organisational skills Experience of using NHS jobs, indeed and other jobs boards.
