We are recruiting for Workflow Lead in our Custody Cash team. The main purpose of this role is to to lead cash administration control for the following products:-

  • Retail Products – Shareview Nominee/Certificated. CAPON Nominee. EQi Nominee.
  • Corporate Products – Equiniti Premier Services, Corporate Dealing Services and Equiniti Shareview Dealing Services.
This involves day to day operation of debt recovery & reconstructions function, utilising available resources in order to deliver a quality service to customers in line with FCA regulations specifically around CASS rules (Client Assets).

The function is to ensure accurate record keeping, update to date procedures and flow maps, precise intra day and end of day client money funding calculations, exercising Lean consumption.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Monitor workflow to ensure that the daily workload is consistently completed in line with agreed service standards. Always be ready to be ‘hands on’ and step in when/if required.
  • Keep building own knowledge developing confidence and setting a standard that your team can rely on.
  • Recommend and implement changes to the way in which the team operates to improve service quality and process efficiency, supporting line management in the implementation of centrally driven changes when required
  • Liaise with internal and external customers, on a wide range of issues, complaints, and requests for information or advice
  • Always undertake the duties of this role in accordance with the requirements of the company’s policies, and FCA’s Principles for Business
  • Provide excellent customer service (courteous, prompt service)
  • Able to listen to others, process information, and communicate effectively.
  • Adjust to circumstances with the ability to also adjust to people’s diverse work styles and to varying environments.
  • Work efficiently and competently making use of current technology and wise use of resources.

  • Minimise the impact of workflow peaks and troughs upon customer service standards
  • Customers to understand and work with new systems, documents and processes
Skills & Knowledge and Qualification

  • Excellent IT skills especially knowledge of Microsoft Excel including MACRO basic
  • Self organisation
  • Self motivation
  • Ability to learn new tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to plan tasks and keep to timescales
  • Good communication skills (both written and oral)
  • IAQ qualified (if new to the role this training will be provided)
